If you wanna know how you can do it, here is a step-by-step guide!
Step 1: Buy ripe but still a bit firm kiwis The throttles should feel soft and slightly compressible when gently pressed. After you have selected your kiwis, wash them well under running water. The skin of a fruit can collect dirt or pesticide use juice so its always best to clean and dry before slicing into the fruit itself. Wash and cut them into really small bite sizes pieces. Cut them into as similar of sizes as you can, to help with even freezing. Finally, place a piece of parchment paper in the baking sheet. Place the kiwi slices in a single layer on the baking sheet. Ensure that none of the slices are touching. This is crucial as it keeps the slices from clumping together while they are frozen. Now simply place the baking sheet in your freezer for at least two hours.
Once 2 hours are over, remove the baking sheet from freezer. Your kiwi slices should now be frozen and sturdy. Transfer the frozen kiwi slices to a resealable plastic bag or an air tight container. Seal bag well and remove excess air. Be sure to also record the date you are freezing them on your bag or container so that you can remind yourself when they went into the freezer. After you have done this, place the bag/ container back into teh freezer. Frozen kiwis can last for up to six months when correctly stored! Which means that you might be enjoying them for some time.
Begin by selecting mature kiwis and rinsing them with water. Next, peel the kiwi to remove its fuzzy skin. Because each kiwi should be sliced the same way. Then, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the kiwi slices in an even layer. This way the strawberries will freeze level. Place the baking sheet back in the freezer, just like you did previously but this time for 2 hours.
Begin by peeling and slicing some round, sliced up mature kiwis. Cut and lay the kiwi slices down on a baking sheet with parchment paper underneath, then freeze for about two hours. After the kiwi slices have frozen, drop them into a resealable plastic bag or pop them into an air-tight container. Date the bag or container with a permanent marker so you know when you froze them. Place the kiwis to be frozen in a plastic layer wrapping and continue to hold within your freezer except you are using them for smoothies.
Last but not least, When your smoothie recipe is ready to blend — remove the frozen kiwi slices. Place them into a blender with milk or yogurt. You could ever more add your fav fruits e.g. strawberries or bananas to make a scrumptious mash up. Process until smooth and creamy. Gently pour your frozen kiwi smoothie into a drinking glass and serve right away! The screenwash is mainly so you can try it immediately on something different.
Once the two hours have passed remove the baking sheet from your freezer. Add the frozen kiwi slices to a blender. Then add the mixture to a blender with some milk or yogurt, and blend until smooth. After you apply the blender, put in a bowl and voila — your frozen kiwi dessert will be ready!
