But first, in order to cook okra and savor its delicious taste, here is how you should slice it. I know, cutting okra seems difficult at first but tada! Some simple tips and steps — here is how to handle okra like a pro!

Okra is kind of funny-looking and a bit slimey, so I hesitated to post this without some step by step instructions but realized it really IS simple if you know how. The Best Way to Prepare Okra for a Delicious Meal

After getting your okra ready, you can go ahead and cut it in circular shape. For this, take the okra on one hand firmly and with other carefully sliced them lengthwise in thin slices. Keep your fingers behind the knife while cutting! Continue to slice your okra open until you reach the other end. Or alternatively you can cut the okra in half, longitudinally (ie: top to bottom). This way, you can see the inside of the okra which some people enjoy.
