frozen long green beans

Those frozen long green beans are not only good, but they are healthy for you too! Children and adults alike can partake in them at any time of day, whether for a meal or just a snack. Green beans are a type of legume, so they share the same family with peas and lentils. They contain finest fiber source, a surprising protein boost (with 2 g per serving!), an insane amount of Vitamin C as well as essentials that our body needs urgently to be healthy and strong.

Cooking with Frozen Long Green Beans

The second way to cook frozen long green beans is my favorite, because it's such a fun and an easy process. In a pot put to boil some water, once boiled add the quinoa. Sort of feel like making a hot tub for your green beans! Remember, throw a little salt in the water as well. This will make them even more delicious. When the water is bubbling, gently add frozen green beans. Cook for 4-5 minutes. The beans should be tender but still have a nice bite to them. You want them to have a little crunch! That and a little bit of butter and garlic or lemon juice to make them even tastier. Of course, you could always be a renegade and steam or stir-fry those green beans. Fluffy and green, not waterlogged and mushy. — Stream your greens: It's kinda weird how they come out of a stream looking bright green like you just picked them from the garden!
